Return & Refund Policy

At KIN Additive, we strive to exceed expectations and want all of our customers to be happy with their products. If something isn't right with your order, we are here to help.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email with your order number to initiate a return. All items must be returned in new and saleable condition to be eligible. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will provide a refund minus shipping costs.​

Before checking out, please ensure your shipping address is correct. KIN Additive cannot be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses. Shipping costs will not be refunded in these cases.​
